The Healthattica website is provided as-is, for informational purposes. It describes how we build Knowledge Assets and how to engage with us. Nothing on this page is medical, legal, or regulatory advice.
Sample artifacts shown on the website - including any cited answers, certificates, hashes, or attestation entries - are illustrative. The structure is real; the contents are example data.
A Knowledge Asset is delivered under your engagement agreement. It is meant to support a qualified human decision, not to replace one. Healthattica enforces cite-or-refuse at the substrate, but the consuming application and the human reviewing its output are responsible for the final decision.
You retain ownership of all source documents and data you upload. Healthattica retains ownership of its tooling, models, methodology, and any reusable infrastructure used to build the Asset.
Per-engagement IP - what we build specifically for you - is governed by the engagement agreement.
Healthattica's liability for any claim arising from the website or any Knowledge Asset is limited to the fees paid under the relevant engagement, except where prohibited by law.
We do not warrant that the Knowledge Asset will fit a use case it was not scoped for. We do warrant that what we ship was built per the structural commitments described on the rest of this site.
